Ok, so you have a team now who are good and competitive, you have solid strats or you pick and play, how do you take the next step? Well that is rather difficult, to take the step from been a decent team to been a top team takes a lot of everything said above. You need commitment, good leadership, patience and to go with that, you need to not only be able to pick and play or have team strats, you need to have a bit of both. Confused? It’s simple, you need to be able to change your frame of mind from one round to the next, you need to know when to pick and play and when to use strats. Use what works best for you, but if it isn’t working have a back up plan, try new things and keep the opposition guessing, this is how to become a top team in source.

Along with all that, you need to practice individual skill and your aim. If you can’t kill someone then taking the step to become a top team is not where you are at yet.
